WINEDOWN - THE VINTAGE HOLIDAY HOUSES

The perfect home to `Wine down`.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is surrounded from the
side and rear by parkland and has only one directly adjoining
neighbour providing an extra element of privacy. Set in the village-
like, gated Jacaranda`s precinct, fully fenced and landscaped. Enjoy
a wine and relax with friends, sitting around the outdoor firepit, or
relaxing in the warm outdoor jacuzzi! .

A separate intimate formal lounge with warming gas fireplace
greets you as you enter. Casual living is offered towards the rear of
the property with a combined kitchen and dining. Complemented by
a generous North East facing patio to soak up the sunshine this
creates day to day living all on one level.

Two bedrooms, bathroom, a multimedia room and study are located
on the upper level for the perfect kids retreat or gives your group a
bit of space to themselves.

An additional loft suite with its own bathroom and internal access is
situated above the double garage.

You needn`t travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.

The house was great for our adult family. 3 roomy bathrooms and 4 bedrooms all with queensize beds. Plus separate loo downstairs. House is large and roomy. Outside area is brilliant for relaxing and entertaining. It is nice and quiet and very private.

Grown up girls weekend

We are 8 mature ladies who came to the HV for the Lovedale Long Lunch. We wanted a house that had a the creature comforts of home and space for everyone. This house delivered in bucketloads. The only issue we had with the property was the lack of heating which management sorted perfectly for us within half an hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Bad start but got better

Property had not been cleaned when we let ourselves in so not a great start. property manger responded really well and got us set up at the restaurant with a tab whilst they put everything right. Property spacious and very well appointed Aircon on a hot couple of days was not up to the task and there were no fans to help with that.

Long weekend getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the vintage property. The house was very clean and had a lot of facilities that made our stay very enjoyable. The only thing was we have problems with the bath during our stay and it was very noisy during the night. Other than that we would recommend this house for a group and would be happy to stay here in the near future.

Fabulous property

We just stayed here for a girls weekend, and were highly impressed by the quality of the house. Beautiful quiet area, pristinely clean and great communication with the property managers. Lovely gifts of wine were waiting for us on arrival and gorgeous coffee machine. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was perfect in winter. Easy to pick up and drop off keys and very accomodating with an early check-in. Highly recommended and we hope to be back!

Home Away From Home

This property exceeded my expectations. From the decor to the coffee machine (complete with coffee pods and a milk warmer), the attention to detail was faultless. The perfect choice for a group getaway.

I stayed at this home with 6 other friends over a weekend in July. The house was huge and could accommodate many more people if needed. The house had a beautiful gas fire place and they offered complimentary wines also which was lovely. The board games were a savior when we had a night in in front of the fire place. The only down fall was is that i felt the house needed a better clean in certain areas, the bathrooms could have smelt a little better and sheets smelt a little stale. It does say that you do have only one neighbor on the side of you but there is technically people living behind you also which can be noisy for the downstairs master room.
