My room is not clean. I had no cups for water no clock. There was no lightbulb in the lamp next to the bed. The shower was not clean and did not take a shower. The floor was sticky and I got bedbugs. I would not recommend anyone to stay at the budget Inn in Punta Gorda, Florida.
There was mold everywhere in the bathroom, ceilings and cabinet holding refrigerator. Could not use the refrigerator due to an active leak that would not all the door to close. Neighbors next door must have been full time residents, they started fighting at 1am. Neighbors on other side must have been full time as well, they were hammering on the walls. The bed was stiff as a board and on a very squeaky metal box. Overall it was too expensive for the accommodation. We will choose better next time.
We checked in and our assigned room was supposed to be no smoking. We had changed our room. The one we were assigned next was better but it still stunk like smoke. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were filthy. The bed was comfortable. I would not go back.
We booked two hotel rooms and they were both disgusting. One smelled heavily of smoke even though there was a no smoking sign on the door. The sheets had burn holes in them and a dead cockroach was on the floor. Second room had trash in the shower and the white sheets were extremely stainedand also had lots of hair and dead bugs in it
Another perfect stay at Budget Inn Punta Gorda! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location is super convenient. I couldnât have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
The door locks were not functioning properly. The bedding did not appear to be clean. The floor had stickiness and debris on it. The toilet seat was not fastened down properly nor was it clean. The shower was gross looking therefore I did not take a shower.
The hotel was so dirty, I left less than an hour after I arrived. When I opened the door entering the room for the first time the cigarette smell was so strong that i immediately turned around and took my clothes back to the car so they wouldnât stink. I did not feel safe. Thereâs no way I would have gotten any sleep in the filth and smell.
When I turned in my keys to the front desk less than an hour after checking in, the front desk didnât even question me about leaving. Iâm guessing because this happens often.
Hotel.com should not sell this property.
This place should be condemned. Division of Hotels and Restaurants should and probably will be called on this place. Front door had a 3/4 inch gap from the floor. The bed had only a fitted sheet and stained, cigarette burned cover. The floor needed a scrubbing. The towel bar in the bathroom was replaced with a piece of wire. The bathroom door looked like ithad multiple holes that were patched over with spackle. Most of theelectrical outlets were missing face plates. I could go on, but I will finish by saying I felt so unsafe that I semi-slept with my gun next to me. I chevked out the next day. I could go on but why bother?
Very dated, smelled like cigarettes masked with bleach.
worn out plumbing fixtures and no hot water. Had to take a cold shower oh and the fridge was gross
Front desk guy was professional, but the room was absolutely the worst ever (see pictures). The room had bugs and MAJOR issues, from sink detaching from counter to large cracks/holes in he wall. It also smelled like smoke, had many people smoking outside their rooms, and peopleâs personal items outside of rooms.
Could use a lot of updating and cleaning. My white socks was black after walking from the bed to bathroom. Cleaning is a must. Not happy about that !!!
