Huge backyard. Beach 10 min away! Plenty of nearby parks and trails. Famous Warm Mineral Springs within 30 minutes. Sports complex within 15 minutes. Plenty of room for comfort. Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, Tea pot, and huge fridge in the kitchen.

Port Charlotte House

The house is spacious, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. It's close to stores but far enough away from busy roads making it quiet to lounge in the back yard and porch. Charlotte Harbor is only a short drive away.

For sale

No hot tub, outside pictures not accurate. Washer and dryer horrible condition. Very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Dishwasher smells making dishes smell. Needs cleaning Other than that the rental met our needs. Owner very responsive and nice.

Indiana's House

We love the house!! There was plenty of room, and the back porch and backyard were great places to relax. The neighborhood was great for walking, running and biking and we weren't on a main thoroughfare but close to all of the stores. The location is also very conveniently close to restaurants and the Charlotte Harbor beach. The only problem we had was at check-in when the lock-box would not open and we had to get the cleaner's key to use. Indiana says she will replace the lock-box.
