Every room i stayed in had big problems with noise. The first room had an industrial fan right outside the window that ran until the restaurant closed in the night. It was a booming noise that gave me a headache. I then switched to another room that had an AC with a faulty fan and was a very loud crackling noise. The front desk staff and maintenance tried their best to help, but couldnt do anything. The offer for compensation from the management was a room upgrade and a coupon to their restaurant, which i declined. The management seemed very reluctant to correct a mistake they had made. I had paid for 2 very uncomfortable nights and will not stay here again.

The corridor leading to the rooms had an unpleasant smell and felt unclean. The carpets looked worn out and gave a damp, musty feeling while walking through the hallway. This definitely affected the overall experience, and I hope the management can improve the cleanliness and freshness of these areas.
