The location for this property was great! But unfortunately the amenities advertised are not accurate. We paid additionally for access to a room with a balcony and we given one without - the listing made it appear as though the balcony would be attached to the room. There was no lobby nor any concierge, we didn't see anyone working there until our last day. None of the outlets in the room worked and the cot was very uncomfortable.

Staff and location are excellent

Staff was so lovely and welcoming! Location was perfect. They remembered my VIP gift (a lot of properties forget this) only downside quite a lot of cobwebs especially around lights and high up on walls and ceiling. TV was also not easy to work, gave up in the end, I think the remote maybe needed new batteries very frustrating. Overall 9/10 I would stay and again!

This is not your typical American hotel. You are basically paying for a mini apartment in a building. There is no "front desk". There is an office that operates from 9-5. Outside those hours you are on your own. Clean and large space. A short walk fron the astronimical clock plaza. Not recommended for kids or a lot of luggage, since you must go up stairs.

Beautifully designed, elegant, and well equipped rooms just steps from the heart of Prague’s Old Town. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room, my boyfriend loved that little extra touch! The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the loud noise from the main door when guests came and went. We’d recommend it and stay here again.

It was nice but bit awkward for a tall person executive room 202 top floor steep angles roof space. I left a new leather shoulder bag behind (a gift) wrote to reception no reply so far, I can arrange for a local friend to pick up if reception replies.

Very clean and quiet. Great price for location and space. I arrived after hours and wasn’t given any heads up that I’d need to head to the main hotel to gather my keys which made me really stressed as I’m a young woman traveling by myself. However everything else was great!

it was ok ..

location was perfect right beside all main attractions, bed was firm so if you like a soft mattress take this into account, there was no separate bathroom and the shower was in the same room the bed is in so is a bit awkward when you’re sharing with a friend, can be awkward if you’re checking in after 5pm as you need to get your keys from another hotel so if you have a fair bit of luggage please keep this in mind
