Welcome to Puamana 2C, a stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Kauai vacation rental nestled in the heart of Princeville. This luxurious retreat combines comfort, convenience, and tropical charm to create the perfect setting for an unforgettable island getaway.

The lower level is a spacious and beautifully furnished living space with comfortable seating and dining for 8 people. The full kitchen is a chef's delight, recently remodeled with quartz counter tops and Akemai cabinets,. equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The Puamana cutting garden with its abundance of local fruits and flowers lets you sample local produce or grace your dining table with a fresh bouquet. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

On the ground level, discover the luxurious air-conditioned mother-in-law suite, complete with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. This versatile space also includes a kitchenette, offering an extra layer of convenience and privacy for your stay. Upstairs, a second king bedroom also boast air-conditioning along with a private lanai that opens off the bedroom. The accommodation boasts two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level, providing a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. One guest bedroom features cozy twin bunk beds, while the other offers a comfortable queen bed. This unique setup is perfect for a family or group of friends, providing both shared spaces and private retreats. (Please note that the upper bed in the twin bunk bedroom is suitable only for a child, not an adult.)

Located just an 8 minute hike from Anini Beach, our Princeville vacation rentals at Puamana enjoy ocean, mountain, and golf course views. The complex includes a swimming pool. The scenic beaches of north shore Kauai are just minutes away. Guests can enjoy a 2 minute walk to the Westin Resort with its Starbucks, bar, restaurants, and wine tasting. These vacation rental condos are comfortable and spacious, with private lanais, full kitchens, and large upstairs lofts along with many upgrades and charming personal touches.

ABOUT ANINI BEACH:
Anini is the longest and widest reef in the Hawaiian Islands and because of the unique conditions, the beach usually has well protected waters and some of the most consistently good conditions for safe water activities. There is no lifeguard posted at Anini Beach, but it is still considered to be one of the safer beaches on north shore Kauai. Generally uncrowded, at Anini Beach visitors can enjoy snorkeling, beach walks, picnicking, paddle boarding and wind surfing. The path from our Puamana Kauai vacation rentals to Anini Beach is a beautiful jungle path with scenic views that starts just across the street. It can be slippery following rain.

Great spot close to the beach (a short steep walk). House is only a few minutes from Foodland and Hanalei. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful lanai to watch the chickens . Fit our group of 8 adults just right.

Weekend Visit with Friends & Kids

We island hopped to Kauai for the weekend and enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for the four adults and three kids in our group to spread out, sleep comfortably and enjoy meals and visiting time together. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, the beautiful back lanai and the easy walk to the beach.

Nice property!

We stayed a total of 10 days in the condo and there were 8 of us. The property was nice and clean but it was very hot especially in the living and kitchen area. We had to bring a portable fan from upstairs to cool off the living area. I suggest an additional ceiling fan in this area. The water activity equipment was wonderful especially the wagon!

Charming home

We enjoyed the lush flowers, bushes and pond on the back patio. The place was very convenient to Hanalei and Anini beach. We loved the house. The place had many homey and charming touches and was well stocked for home and beach. We appreciated the beach wagon. Two bedrooms have air conditioning. Two do not, as advertised. We would have preferred air in all bedrooms. Otherwise, perfect!

Property was very good. Really enjoyed the back patio. There were several step downs and step ups that you had to watch for especially the one when you walked in the door. You probably should mark that one. Had a wonderful time and would love to come again.

Absolutely beautiful

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our trip. The condo was in a nice area, just minutes (and a fun little hike) away from one of the most beautiful beaches, and a short drive to everything we wanted to see. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and fit our family of 7 well. We had a small issue with the washing machine not working when we got there, which we wish could have been communicated and planned out prior to our arrival, but the host was fairly responsive and tried to help, however the local laubdry service they recommended didn’t cover the location of the condo. Regardless, it was a small hiccup in a beautiful stay that will remain a lasting happy memory for our family.

The house us very well equipped with kitchen equipment, linens, and beach supplies. Location is excellent... grocery store close, beach close, beautiful sunsets within walking distance. It's very spacious, modern, well-stocked, clean, and cozy. All the beach gear is provided which was very convenient. It is a 15- minute car ride to Anini beach which is amazing. There is also Wai Koa loop trail with a beautiful waterfall nearby. There are plenty of shopping and dining options in the area, with a supermarket 5 minute drive away. The vacation management staff communicated clearly and in a timely manner.

The home is well stocked and finding a place with 4 bedrooms for our group of 8 was a big plus. One thing to keep in mind is that 2 of the bedrooms and the living room area does not have AC and it does get warm in the home. There were ample fans in the house which helped a lot. We were also out most of the day so it really only impacted us at night when it wasn't as hot too. Overall, we had a great stay and would book again!

Reviewer Comments: Extremely clean, very well maintained and had everything we needed - from dishwashing soap in the kitchen, to in-unit washer and dryer, to all beach goodies, chairs, boogie boards, cooler! Love the location too. 2-min drive to all the essentials in Princeville and next door is the Westin, so easy walk for quick snacks (but definitely stock up on poke from food land and grab some local coffee since the condo has a coffee machine). Last, shout-out to the Kauai kahuna agents. They were extremely responsive and helpful. We originally booked a different rental but that one had some issues a day before our travel so they upgraded us to this unit with minimal stress. Really glad to book directly through them

It was clean, A/C in the two main bedrooms (Kids were fine in the other ones...just had to leave the doors open for the bedrooms during the day so the A/C could go throw the house while at the beach). WiFi was fast and reliable.Inside the house, they had plenty of bedding supplies. Pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels (Lots of beach towels, which was fantastic!).They also had a lot of kitchen amenities from different spices, coffee maker, instant pot, slow cooker, etc. It was the best stocked place we've stayed in Princeville over the last 5 vacations, we were impressed.They had everything for a great day at the beach too. They had a boogie board, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrella, and even a wagon to haul it all. Only thing was they had a BBQ with a near empty propane tank which ran out during a cook. They had a space in the outdoor closet but it was empty. So, that was a bit of a bummer, as I finished the cook inside on the frying pan. I can't really dock them for the condition based upon this one thing, however, as they had so many extras that aren't normally provided.A pack-n-play for the little would have been nice as well as a larger umbrella/tent for the beach. I feel those would add to the property, but they are definitely extras and not expected.Overall, however, the stay was fantastic.
