The property is beautiful with a nice pool and several dining options. It feels a bit dated with cracked walking paths and rooms with noticeable degradation (loose fixtures, dripping faucets, rusty metal, stained carpets).

We arrived early and had to wait outside in the heat for 4.5 hours. The staff did not expedite cleaning our room so we could at least change into comfortable clothes. Fitness center was crowed and dingy. Expected better for the price.

We love this hotel. Feeding the koi at breakfast was something my kids talk about all the time. The pool was perfect, beach safe for little ones with a sort of rock jetty creating little pools for them. Horses in front of the property, easy access to drive to other areas of the island. It's close to the airport. But to have to pay 29 dollars to park (far away) and pay another 25 plus taxes for a resort fee is excessive. It's a resort. Next time I need a hotel close to the airport for 1 night I'll try staying in a cave.

The pool was great. Our room was outdated and the carpet was wet the whole time. There was also very very limited outlets. The walls are also very thin. The construction above us was very loud and could hear everything. Jessica at the bar was very rude. Other than that it was great. Would love to stay there again but just for the pool. I hope they update the rooms.

Loved the pools and walking on the private beach. The staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of the night manager. Bellmen were the best! Hotel room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable. No padding whatsoever. Laundry rooms were under construction so no way to dry clothes. I wish they would have let everyone know about the laundry facilities ahead of time. Food was decent if you want to stay in to eat breakfast or dinner. Location is only 5 minutes from the airport which was a nice benefit. We would stay there again.
