We had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. Enough parking spaces around the building. Very nice apartment that has all the utilities you need during a stay (only keep in mind that there is no stove in case you want to cook, but the bbq area is great). AC and fan worked well. It is very quiet in the apartment building. Apartment has a cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq area is nice. The garden around the apartment and pool area is beautiful.Only possible downside is that it is very bright in the room in the morning (there are no darkening blinds or curtains), but this did not bother us too much.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The owner, Mike, was more than helpful with anything that we needed. We ran into a couple of small issues and he was immediately there to help. He was extremely friendly and I would definitely get a condo off of him again. The place was very clean and had all of the essentials that we would need for our stay. Cannot recommend more.

We had an excellent stay at this condo in Princeville. The unit is located in a really nice community and it is accessible to many beaches, great restaurants, and things to do in Kauai. Mike is extremely communicative and was able to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. We loved our stay and would return for future stays.

Very clean and well-appointed studio with your own private balcony patio (lanai). The condo is filled with a lot of considerate touches: lots of outlets everywhere to charge your devices, flashlight for emergencies, ceiling fans, dish soap, sponge, little hotel-type shampoo/conditioner/soaps, hooks to hang things, old towels to wipe off mud, bug spray that I'm guessing was left from previous guests, toaster, plenty of towels, luggage racks, coolers, beach gear. My back does not like mushy matresses and this bed was fine. Whoever cleans the place does a really good job; even the knives in the drawers were evenly laid out all facing the same direction. Thanks for the stay! Communication with the property manager was good. Trying to navigate this resort area is very confusing though; not the fault of the condo, but it's tricky to figure out how to find the place and parking, esp, if it is dark, as others have said.

Perfect for couple

Just the right size for us 2. Clean and convenient. Stocked with every amenity needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were especially appreciated. M (manager) responded immediately to every inquiry we had. His instructions for check in and out were spot on. We stayed in Princeville several times and this is our favorite property.

Fantastic Stay and Host

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and perfectly located—close to everything we needed. While there wasn’t laundry on the premises, the host was incredibly kind and let us use his, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
