Near the edge of a bluff overlooking the ocean, this ground-floor condominium offers fabulous ocean and coastline views. Bali Hai, the landmark mountain made famous in "South Pacific," is just one of the awesome sights that guests enjoy here.

Relax indoors or on your lanai to take in the gorgeous scenery - boats sailing by, playful dolphins offshore and, during winter months, giant humpback whales. Spectacular sunsets color the sky along Kauai's beautiful north shore in the evenings.

Lounge poolside and take a refreshing swim from time to time at the pool just a few steps away. Beach lovers appreciate the path which leads to sea level and a sandy beach below the bluff. Plan a picnic here or just laze in the warm sun, relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic vista.

This condo is a comfortable home-away-from-home which is conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. The fully furnished kitchen makes it easy to dine at home and, when you wish to dine out, there are many restaurants in right in Princeville and in nearby Hanalei from which to choose. Easily walk to Hideaways Pizza Pub right at Pali Ke Kua which is open for dinner and to Princeville Resort's restaurants just a bit further away.

The unit was clean, but no air conditioning left the place very humid. You felt damp all the time and it was pretty hot for most of the time except for late at night, but like I said, you always felt wet. The view is phenomenal but the place itself did not have amenities like 90% of other VRBO’s. I travel around the world and stay at a lot of places and this is the second place out of hundreds that I have stayed at that did not have good toiletry amenities nor air-conditioning. The bathroom was pretty David and the shower was not that great. We will probably never stay there again. There are certain expectations you can have of a place when you pay the money that you pay and this one falls very short of what you should be getting for the price.

10/10 This became the trip of a lifetime! Incredible hiking! Out of this world secluded beaches! Many within walking distance to PKK 101. The condo was the best of the best with the best views. Everything has been thoughtfully considered to enjoy a wonderful stay.

This was a fantastic unit!

Couldn’t have picked a better location. Fantastic view. End unit felt private even though it was shared with 8 other units. Even had our own set of resident nenes on our lawn. Unit itself was great. Nicely appointed and stocked with everything we needed and much more.

Great stay

We had a good overall stay as the unit was as described, with nice touches of 2 sets of snorkeling equipment; a couple mats, chairs, and foam noodles. Also a few sun hats hanging by the door. Host was also responsive. Views are same as pictures, with a nice side yard to the left whilst looking out the back sliding glass door. Some info missing we would have liked to know is that the unit has slatted glass on the entryway, the bathroom, the bedroom and dining room for ventilation purposes. In addition to this noise as you can imagine, the unit itself isn’t sound proof at all; which in sure isn’t always a problems. But for us,it was as the unit above must be larger than this one bedroom unit and had a family up there that yelled, banged, stomped and honestly sounded like a construction zone nonstop while they were there. Starting before 7am and not ending until after 10 some nights. We complained once (which we have never done before) and they did respond and spoke with the parents who said “their kids got away from them this morning”. It was their whole stay which was the majority of our stay, it’s just the way their family operates and we also understand this isn’t something they could do anything about. The reason to include this info is that depending on your trip type, you may plan on being in the unit more on some trips than others or just want to sleep in and if you get a family like this; there’s not much to be done about that. For us, I would still stay here again.

Best View in Kauai !

The property is as advertised and more! The ocean views from this end unit were more beautiful than you can imagine. The condo was clean and the owner provided lot's of thoughtful extras. The location was walking distance to beach and great dining!! We will be back again soon to this fantastic oasis

Tropical paradise

We enjoyed our stay immensely and loved that fact the condo was a ground floor end unit which made it removed from a lot of foot traffic. The views from the lanai were amazing and the unit was well stocked with necessities including snorkeling equipment. The location was convenient for shopping, dining and market. We would definitely book this property again.

The condo was in a cliff overlooking the water.

We wanted to see whales and we saw many. Huge humpbacks right out front of the condo. We saw them put their large fin up in the air and slap the water. Several breaches everyday. Views were fantastic.

Gorgeous views at well appointed property

Location and view are fabulous. Property was one of the best equipped and appointed vacation rentals we stayed at - everything you needed in the kitchen, and the hiking poles were a great help for our adventures. Also appreciated the customer service when we left something at the property, and the cleaners + owners helped us pick it back up. Thanks!
