    My daughter goes to college in Providence and lives 3 blocks from this property. Location for my family is perfect!We host a family and friend dinner and everyone can walk home. This is second time I have rented this property and plan to rent again!!

    The property was very convenient for accessing many areas of Providence and beyond. Easy walking distance to Providence College gave a fun college atmosphere to the neighborhood. Quick and easy to get downtown by personal vehicle or ride share.

    Great weekend in Providence

    The property is wonderful. My family and I went for my daughter's family weekend at Johnson and Wales. Great location, parking, and the house is just so nice. We will definitely stay there again!!

    The property was very well kept with a great kitchen. The rooms were clean. The living room/TV area was very comfortable. A great alternative to a hotel room. It was close great places to eat and we enjoyed our stay. The property manager reached out to us when we could not get information from the Vrbo website. Perfect.

    Area was not as nice as I expected. Lots of graffiti and some windows with bars driving into neighborhood. Lots of steps to drag luggage up and building was pretty old and run down. Beds were not very comfortable and only had tv in one bedroom.

    Good stay

    We were a group of four 60+ adults in town for a family reunion and had a good stay. The property was clean and spacious and generally as described. There was an inaccuracy in the listing regarding the number of bathrooms and a hot tub which did not exist. The owner was unaware of the inaccuracies and corrected the listing but offered no compensation until after I contacted VRBO.

    Great unit and location

    We were the first renters and needed a few extra blankets. The host showed up right away and was very friendly. Also, when we checked in, the host left a bottle of wine and a six-pack of my favorite beer. A great host, and plenty of room in the big unit.
