Amazing and very clean room with city views. Friendly staff. The only drawback was having to use valet parking at $40 plus tax for one night (although the valets themselves were great). Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but theres no free parking nearby. The hotel will charge $40 a day to park you.

It is not in a safe area. They upgraded us to a “ better” room that faced the street and we were up until 4 am listening to criminals, loud cars, the police, and ambulances so we hardly slept. The shower handle fell off when we touched it. There was no iron or ironing board, although the hotel staff did bring one up when I asked. This was our second stay here as we needed to be close to the colleges in Providence, but we will definitely find somewhere else to stay next time we visit. The rooftop restaurant was decent, but the server was much too busy and it took too long to get drinks and food.

Nice for a quick stay

All the basics were covered but in a really nice way. The street noise was a bit too audible for a good rest but the staff here are great and the overall experience was pleasant. Good location.

The property was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Gave us recommendations on where to go where to eat where to hang out the lobby bar was also very nice. The rooms were super Duper clean very nice. I had a room on the fifth floor, which had a nice view. Overall, I would say my stay was pretty good. Also, they charge for parking so we parked on the street which was way less overall I spent maybe seven dollars for parking the whole weekend versus $40 a night.
