Good price comparing to the whole area

The sheet had flaks of died bug shells, the pool has very very strong chlorine smell, walking in burning my eyes. Heard some kids saying water hurting their eyes. Breakfast bar was out of food. Front desk lady was very busy but very nice and helpful. Room is very spacious, that’s a plus for sure.

When arriving at the property, it didn’t look too bad. The staff is not very welcoming. Felt like they didn’t want to be there. When we got to the room, I went straight to the shower (because we had just left the beach). We booked the room for 5, but only had 4 towels (not really a big deal), then I went into the shower. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and tilted, so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed, which then soak the bathroom floor. Then I went to put my shampoo and conditioner on the little shelf when I realized

The control panel for the AC was hanging off of the unit. An electrical outlet had a broken panel. Generally, the property seemed in disrepair.

Bed was absolutely terrible. The pillows were terrible. Breakfast choices were extremely limited and didn’t even taste good. Our AC in our room barely worked but apparently they were fully booked so we couldn’t move rooms. All around we weren’t there much and I’m glad because this hotel was not comfortable at all
