Prime location!
First level 1500 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath condo/apt in downtown Providence. Experience the city and enjoy the beauty of this historic street. We are located directly on Broadway and just steps away from all the city has to offer. Walk to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, Atwells Ave (Federal Hill) Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP), PPAC, water fire, train station and so much more! Conveniently, there are two great restaurants right across the street as well as a convenience store.
Dedicated off street parking, for two vehicles. Additional free street parking as well. We are located in a high traffic area with street noise so please be keep that in mind.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, great owner communication, nice touches of home, really accommodating and helpful. The twin beds are very high captain's beds, so need to be careful about that, and be prepared for street noise at night (it's on Broadway, after all). Would stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Great location and easy check in and check out. Nice to have off street parking here too. Didn't realize that this is a "garden level" apartment, but it worked out okay. Also, the bed in second bedroom may be more of a full than a queen.

Very clean and the best location. Easy to walk around the neighborhood. We also rented a car and were able to walk to the car rental place in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place! 6 minutes from train and 15 from airport.

This is a fantastic space. Large gathering area and bedrooms are large. Clean and plenty of space for all of us. Location is perfect to get to The Amp and restaurants downtown. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great location within walking distance to federal hill and had it not been so cold we would have walked to the PPAC as well. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Perfect Providence Weekend

Lisa & Kevin's place is great. It was clean and comfortable. This unit was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description, and then some. Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. Highly recommend and we would certainly come back.
