Attempted to check into the hotel, it was late around 2:30am and they proceeded to tell us they overbooked and “walked” our room. They got us another hotel which they said was 20 minutes away but was actually double that 40 minutes. Wasn’t able to get to sleep until 4am and was sluggish the entire next day. Terrible experience. You shouldn’t parter with a hotel that treats guests in this manner.

Perfect location, easy to get public transport, bars, restaurants, city sites. There's a bridge connect to a mall. There are bar restaurant and cafe in the hotel, the room is big and comfortable.

Due to an emergency, we could not continue to our original destination so we had to find a hotel to stay in to get a good nights rest before continuing to our destination. We booked our reservation 2 hours before arrival. Everyone was polite and helpful. Hotel was clean, spacious, and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Was very pleased we stopped at Omni Providence for some very needed rest.
