TV was cracked and the property manger did not come by to swap it out. 5 minutes before the superbowl. I helped to switch it with the cleaning service person. Property manager should have been on site or come within a reasonable period of time, I waited 1 hour for them to show up and they did not come by. Fortunately we spoke on the phone, but they had no resolution. So we took matters up with the service person

Great location. We parked the car in the lot and walked everywhere (note we are big walkers - most places were .5 to a mile away). The house was fully decorated for Christmas which was really nice. Great place to stay to tour, eat and shop around providence.

The apartment was lovely in a beautiful part of the city! We enjoyed walking around the area seeing the amazing architecture. Its close to everything, fabulous restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Providence to tour Brown and RISD and we were able to easily walk to both. The property itself was beautiful as was our room/apartment we stayed in. We appreciated having a dining space as well as a kitchen to enjoy some meals in. It was very easy to find as well as check in. We were sent very detailed instructions before arriving which was incredibly helpful. We look forward to visiting again sometime.
