Woke to bites all over myself, my sister and niece! The staff do the best why could but the manager had the nerve to email me that I must had a reaction to something I had which I was like what? I sent hi photos of the horrible bites and he denied but I found another review that read "bed bugs". I wish I would have read that before stating there!!

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean, the breakfast was superb! Seriously, there were two chefs cooking fresh breakfast to order, a yogurt machine with a large option of nuts, berries, granola for toppings, a fancy coffee machine with many options, and so much more! It was stunning and unexpected.
I chose an omelet with bacon and fresh tomatoes. I declined the hash brown and bacon on the side.
I never saw such a fancy yogurt machine. I especially loved adding in fresh raspberries.
What a fancy coffee machine! I chose a cappuccino.

the room was great, the property was nice, clean and safe. Staff was excellent, the only flaw I found was the remote control to work the tv was the weirdest, worst functioning thing Ive ever seen. If you dont want to watch the TV, this is Pueblos best hotel.

I needed a room where I could rest after a very long trying day at the hospital with my husband‘s surgery. I saw that Miss Western had a soaking tub in the middle of the room so I chose it. It was wonderful. The next morning, to my surprise, that was a nice chef in the room and the kitchen area and he was preparing omelettes French toast, pancakes whatever a guest wanted you received a ticket for the breakfast when you booked your room it was a highlight of the morning for me. It was a very nice place to say, and the people were very kind and yes, it was clean.

Toilet had no water to it so wouldn’t flush. Window was broken & wouldn’t close so cold air came in entire time. Sink plug wouldn’t open so if you ran water it just filled the sink. Told front desk & he just wrote down issues & said thanks for staying with us.
