Our Apartment "Panecillo" is a self standing apartment located in the first floor of Casa LunaLoma, a beautifully restored colonial house that has been divided into seven unique apartment/lofts, each one carrying it's own personality and special qualities.

Our Apartment, a 740 sq. feet, has a unique balance of modern amenity comfort and design touches along with old colonial architecture and finishes. It's hardwood floors give a sense of warmth and coziness.

Our apartment is cheery and light filled. It is lined by a multitude of 6 windows which open up to our beautiful inner courtyard.

The living room is great for a small social gathering and has various great features and is very family friendly: a custom built in fireplace with cushion seating built in to both sides of it, creating super cozy reading areas. An originally built in long bench with cushion that faces the fireplace and lines the window. This is great for entertaining or for just stretching for relaxing with a great book! Our living room also holds a record player with a collection of original traditional Quiteño music! It's perfect to get you fully in the mood!, but it also works as a Bluetooth speaker for your own tunes :)

The dining room is perfect for a cozy intimate dinner and has a unique very modern feature of a rotating kitchen table that can be extended out during dinner or rotates back into position when more room is needed in the living room. It's a very modern touch within this apartment. We welcome you with some goodies which we always provide to our guest to include: Medium size bottles of our most iconic local mineral water called "Guitig" (A must-try), local Ecuadorian ground coffee, local Tea and crackers.

The kitchen is All custom wood and brand new. The style of the cabinets have been built to replicate the original colonial style found within casa Luna loma. It is a fully functioning kitchen with fridge, gas stove and microwave. It also holds a washer and dryer which is very convenient!

Our apartment is WiFi friendly with a smart TV. We have two twin sized beds with a comfortable mattress that together make up a larger bed if needed. The bed has drawer storage underneath on the sides and in addition there is a build in closet. Our loft also has a work table station and build in bookshelves making it very functional and practical.
