The location in historic town center was very convenient to sites and excursions, however it was noisy at night. The church bells rang at 3am, etc...which interrupted a good night's rest. The room was spacious and had a lot of charm-the king size bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. There was one concierge throughout our stay (he checked us in) who was very attentive, helpful and professional...wish we remembered his name. It was nice to have the restaurant in the same building as the room. The food was decent.

Excellent choice in best location in Quito

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding location, vintage style, & well-heeled service from every single staff member during our entire stay. Bravo to the management for the training excellence. We looked forward to our delightful breakfast each morning watching the plaza awaken before us & the guards standing sentry at the Presidential Palace.

The hotel room was outstanding, but the staff at the front desk and door made us feel like family. The staff showed extreme care for the guests and made the entire stay extremely enjoyable. The great staff made for a great stay at this hotel.
