Comfortable apartment located in a privileged area of ​​the city that both foreigners and locals like. Beautiful place in a convenient location

The place was really as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host also helped us arrange car service from and to UIO, they were on time and easy to meet. Check in and out is secure and easy as it's with a guard who is at the front desk at all hours.

The property is in a great location, walkable to La Carolina park, many restaurants, and shopping. The property is true to pictures, good size for 1-2 people. We like to prepare our own breakfast and lite meals, the kitchen could be better supplied, we like a toaster, have better knives, only 3 and one was missing the tip. The silverware was minimal. The linens and towels and can be upgraded, starting to show wear, no wash clothes. The instructions for the TV and WiFi need to be updated, Yamile was very kind in responding to us quickly to get us connected. Yamile’s recommendation and arranging of transportation to and from the airport was excellent. This was greatly appreciated.

5 stars! excellent location!

What a stay! The loft was fabulous. amazing rooftop views, helpful security, groovy interior design- the list goes on! We stayed in the best part of Quito, very nice restaurants and cafes on every block. Easy check in and out as well. Thanks Yamile, hopefully we’ll back soon!

The pictures match the property in this case! The loft was quite clean and nicely stocked not only with dishes and such for use, but with some refreshments and snacks for our late arrival. Yamile was readily available for any questions.

Fantastic Apartment!

We had a terrific time at Yamile's apartment. It is exactly as pictured. Very modern and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The Carolina Park and Botanical Gardens and two blocks away. Many nice restaurants near by as well. Yamile was there to greet us and was available for questions via WhatsApp. She gave us many suggestions for things to do in Quito. We would definitely stay there again. Muchas Gracias Yamile!
