Stay in one of Quito's most remarkable private homes - a beautifully restored early 19th century villa in the heart of Quito's historic centre.
Reserved exclusively for your group, Casa Magica combines the character and grandeur of a historic residence with exceptional comfort, privacy, and personal service. The house accommodates up to 14 guests across five individually designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families, multigenerational gatherings, and groups of friends traveling together.

Despite its remarkable tranquility, the villa is only a short walk from Quito's principal historic landmarks, including Plaza de San Francisco and Independence Square.
Our resident housekeepers, Carmen and Javier, look after the property and are available to assist during your stay. A special part of history....
Gonzalo Escudero, one of Ecuador's most celebrated poets, grew up in this house. Guests can discover some of his work among the books in the main sitting room.
No large events are permitted at the house without prior owner consent. The maximum capacity is 14 people. Please let us know if at any time there are more than 14 guests in the property.
The house has several areas (stairs, lofts, and balconies) which could be dangerous for small children and we encourage parents to keep an eye on them at all times.
