Welcome to Laurel Acre, our beautiful retreat nestled in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Raleigh. Conveniently located near notable landmarks such as the PNC Center, Carter Finley Stadium, Rex Hospital (all 5 min away), RDU airport (15 mins), NC State University (10-15 mins), and Downtown (15 mins), groceries, dining, and shopping. The Raleigh Greenway and Umstead State Park are just also just minutes away. Our home offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort.

Step inside to discover a beautiful interior, boasting a fully renovated kitchen complete with a gas range and oven, and a delightful coffee bar. The main floor features a master bedroom with an updated ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds that can be converted to king bed upon request), and another stylishly appointed hall bathroom. Gather around the custom marble dining table (seating for 8) for memorable meals with loved ones.

Upstairs, unwind in the airy living space, perfect for cozying up by the fireplace or enjoying a movie night. Downstairs, another inviting living area awaits, complete with a gas fireplace, TV, and ample space for entertainment or catching up on work. The fourth bedroom (with a queen bed) and another full bathroom are also located downstairs, offering additional privacy and convenience.

Outside, soak in the tranquility of the expansive backyard, whether sipping morning coffee on the deck, relishing a glass of wine on the patio, or gathering around the tiki bar or firepit for memorable moments. With an acre of property to explore, there's plenty of space for relaxation and connection.

We enjoyed our stay very much and everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and beautiful. The home allowed us to be together in many areas but also to gave us space when we wanted it. One of our favorite parts was that things in the house were labeled like light switches and remotes so there wasn’t any guessing. We would highly recommend staying here and would return on our next visit to Raleigh!

Fantastic Family Home Base

This property was fantastic as a home base for a longer stay in the Triangle. The location cannot be beat, it’s so quiet yet convenient to major roads. Everyone had a place to go, including the great deck off the kitchen. It was so well appointed and the photos of the place are so accurate to what you actually stay in!!

Wonderful House in Quiet Raleigh Neighborhood

We booked this lovely house for a girls’ weekend reunion. Everything was so lovely and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy. The backyard is wooded and serene, with a great deck and outdoor spots to hang out. The host was so responsive and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 10/10!!! Beautiful and Clean! Great Place to Stay with Family and Friends!

Wow, if you're thinking about staying here, just do it! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as great gathering places to hang out together! This house was beautiful and clean. The check in and out process was easy and the location was very convenient to several different places and activities that we had going on over the weekend. We look forward to staying here again!
