The home is on a quiet and safe street near the cul de sac. Although tucked away, you can also be on the highway towards downtown in just half a mile! You will find the drive and neighborhood full of towering, beautiful mature trees.
There are plenty of parks and restaurants around, and you have quick access to all Cary, Apex, Fuquay, and Holly Springs have to offer.

When you live in nature, nature lives with you. This home is surrounded by mature trees, and although we have routine pest control, an occasional critter may make its way inside, and this is not 100% preventable. If this is a major concern, a listing less in nature may be better suited for your stay.
Please treat the home as your own, and use my motto `leave a place better than you found it.` Please also treat our neighbors as your own.
Bring your own firewood if you plan to use the fire/fire pit.
We use two security cameras to monitor the exterior of the house.
No smoking inside or on front or back porch and no smoking marijuana, it`s illegal in NC ($200 fine for either)
Park in driveway only (3-4 car max and no street parking allowed)
No guests other than those booked without prior approval
