The managers were great, James was excellent and professional, and the maid manager, (I don't know her name, I apologize) with whom I had a brief interaction, was also professional and kind. The room on the 2nd floor was horribly loud, but other than that, my stay was good!

The hotel was very nice, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the morning we were leaving there was an unanounced Fire Alarm test. Nothing like being scared awake at 9:00am while getting ready for breakfast.
