If allowed, there is a separate fee of: -$25/per night for 3 nights or less - $100 for reservations over 3 nights - $100/month for multi-month reservations Only one pet per reservation is allowed. For multiple pets or discounts for longer stays, please enquire. Unauthorized pets: $75/night and immediate removal from the property without a refund of remaining nights. â Unapproved Late Check-Out: Every 30 min after 11 AM will incur an additional $75 charge. This is a fee and does NOT award you possession of the property â We understand that accidents happen. Please notify the Host immediately of any breaks, spills, or stains in the home. â All problems, including inadequate cleaning and damage, must be reported in writing to within 24 hours of check-in for host/prior guests to be held responsible. Host reserves the right to enter premises at any time to effect necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance. Any reported complaint, addressed to either the booking platform or the Hosts, about the property or cleanliness thereof, grants the host/agent authorization to access the property to remediate the situation. Barring the host from entry in order to fix or solve a reported problem is a violation of house rules. â« Locals MUST contact the host before booking. No third party bookings of any kind. Only the person that has booked is allowed to check in. ⏠RESERVATION: You must have a working phone number to book a stay at this property. The full name and contact information is required for all adults staying at this property. Guests not included on reservation are not permitted in the home without approval. Additional charge of $50/night/guest or temporary visitor not included on reservation. â AMENITIES -Third party amenities, such as hydro, gas, and internet, and including Roku, Netflix, and other streaming devices, are beyond our control. If you must have 100% reliable internet during your stay, we suggest that you bring your personal wifi hotspot with you as a backup. In the event of service interruption beyond our control including, but not limited to device failure, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Use of property/community amenities, including but not limited to the pool, spa, BBQ grills, and gym (if applicable) is at your own risk. âź We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. ⯠There will be a minimum handling fee of $100, plus the cost of shipping and packaging for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made within 48-hours of departure; after which period, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host. Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS. â° Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in a $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with no refund. â± Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. âČ Leaving the home excessively dirty -- $100 âł Lost house key, fob, or parking pass (if applicable) will result in a $250 replacement fee ⎠Violations of the house rules will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund of remaining nights. Excellent location - close to everything while maintaining a quiet privacy that I look for in a stay. The house was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and the host was wonderful. I'll definitely be booking again the next time I'm staying in the area!
We stayed Easter weekend. The home was so poorly equiped. The pots and pans were so badly scratched and dirty they were unusable. There was only one teaspoon and barely any flatware. There were 50 cents plastic plates, glasses from Walmart still with the tags on the bottom. No kitchen towels, bathroom towels were old, Watered down hand soap, bathmat was filthy as well as living room rug. So many hugh ants hills in the yard we couldn't sit out there. Cigarette butts and paper trash at the front porch, about two weeks worth of pollen on front porch making it unuseable to sit out there as well. I contacted the owner days after we came home. I am a small business owner and know how much work it take to run a business so I don't like leaving bad reviews. The owner contacted me by phone, he was very apologetic and told me he lived two hours from the property and that he would contact his management company, who obviously was doing a poor job, I was expecting the owner to offer some sort of compensation but he never did. When I suggested that he consider a compensation for our disappointment he quickly said he would and ended the call. I waited till know to give him the opportunity to make it right but he didn't. I would not stay at one of his properties ever again.
