The only negative comments- the celing in the bathroom had hair on it... how does hair get onto the ceiling? Several pieces, Not just like 1 or 2. Beds are VERY firm, im a soft mattress kinda person. Otherwise, very clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

The room was clean, nice bed and good front desk. Check-in when prompted through app but then was directed to go to the front desk to show my ID. Dumb process. Had to stand in line anyway so I am not using the app again. Need to improve your checkin process Hilton people!

Front desk staff were so polite and friendly! Great location and easy parking. Room could have been a bit cleaner. There was urine at the outside bottom of the toilet and a big smear mark of something on the door jam of the bathroom. Area for breakfast was very clean and well stocked.

The breakfast buffet bar was clean and had a variety of options…Western omelette, boiled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal, packets of grits, yogurt, wrapped fresh fruit, bread, waffle batter station, hot coffee, hot teas, and juices. We totally enjoyed our breakfast, especially the teen (who at times may be a bit picky!). We slept very well; the beds were very comfortable. I did not want to get up as early as we did, but we had quite a few miles ahead of us. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely return when in the area. It was one of the best Hampton Inns we encountered!

Clean and updated rooms and common areas. Well insulated rooms, no sounds from other rooms. Good choices for breakfast. Very convenient to the Lenovo Center.

Very nice staff and extremely clean hotel. The bathroom could have used a shelf under the sink to set your makeup bag etc but it's not a deal breaker. The complimentary breakfast was great with a very nice selection of items and 3 waffle makers instead of just 1 like we usually see at hotels so there was no waiting. If we come back through Raleigh we'll definitely return to this location. It's perfect if you're headed to Lenovo Center.

Yes, the rooms are very nice. Very clean spotless the bed was nice. The mattress was a little lumpy, but it was doable. We only stayed there for two days. Yes, the staff was good. The free breakfast was eatable and the day was nice. The place was very quiet. I would recommend it.

From the time I walked in the front door I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed the checkup text messages from the staff to see if I needed anything and I welcomed to respond with my need via the text message.
