Welcome to Historically Hip on Hale a charming and spacious home for your getaway for friends and family! Enjoy the bright home with an open concept and one floor living with a huge open living area, with living room, dining area, and kitchen, with a walk in pantry! There are three large bedrooms, all have king beds, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and closets,- the master bedroom is an en-suite with walk in shower and large walk in closet! The guest bedrooms are open and spacious and bright! The hall bath has a tub and shower with a nice size vanity! Enjoy your morning coffee or your happy hour on the rocking chair front porch and watch the world go by! Or relax by the fire pit in the private fenced in backyard! Great Location

We loved staying here. We were in town for a wedding at the Duke Chapel and this house was in the perfect location. Only 3 minutes away and it was extremely close to everything else in town. The decorations were also great!

The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had nice dishes and pots and the host left us coffee, popcorn and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.

This home’s location in the perfect neighborhood near Duke was just what we were looking for. The three beds were especially comfortable and the beautiful interior design was much appreciated. Check in and out was super easy and the host very communicative. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We stayed at this awesome VRBO. We came for our daughter’s graduation from Duke and found it to be close to campus, near grocery stores, a really nice neighborhood for walking, and walkable access to great restaurants and shops. Lots of laughter and good memories were made here. Loved the bonus fire pit. Great stay!!!

Hip on Hale is a gem. Hale We absolutely loved our stay at Hip on Hale! The house was spacious, charmingly furnished, and well stocked & appointed with kitchen ware, etc.,. It was also very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was lovely. The property manager was great - extremely helpful, responsive & available. We would definitely stay at Hip on Hale the next tine we visit Durham.
