During my four-day stay, housekeeping service was limited to towel changes only; the room itself was not properly serviced. In addition, there was no heat in the common areas of the hotel, which caused significant discomfort during my stay. Furthermore, I was charged the incidental fee three separate times, totaling $225, instead of the stated $75. I was also incorrectly charged an additional fee for pet accommodations, resulting in further overcharges. These issues are concerning and do not align with the standards, amenities, or charges that were communicated at the time of booking.

Staff really pleasant. The hotel is really nice and clean. It’s just on my couple of occasions staying there. They had issues with something that caused the lobby to smell and it was a horrific smell… hopefully they fix the issue cause it’s a nice place.. and a beautiful surrounding neighborhood

Pre check in on line was a waste of time; I had to provide all information again (address, make model color of car, license, photo ID and credit card) at front desk upon arrival. The property was renovated within the last year, the rooms & bathrooms are nice having been redone. They unfortunately put in Jet Tiolets that are super loud when flushed, the only positive is the flush does not last long. There is noise probelms from the next rooms as well, you can hear them showering and flushing. The elevators need a lot of work cosmetically..they used wall paper to cover up the panels in the elevators and it was not done well at all..

All clean except elevator had very old, dark finishes. The tub faucent in room 403 needs repair and the refinishing of the walls, door trim and doors sucked [no prep work done prior to painting]. The breakfast sausage was not appreciated1[Try some real bacon!]. It was Ground up fake sausage. Other than those 3 things, everything else was great!
