Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la location de l’appartement, trĂšs central et quartier plein de vie , nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la voiture de tout le sĂ©jour , tout se fait en train ou bateau (Portofino, Cinque terre, Camogli...). L’appartment Propre et trĂšs fonctionnel , et surtout merci Ă  Chiara pour son accueil et sa gentillesse , qui est toujours disponible en cas de besoin

Appartement propre, trÚs lumineux, confortable et trÚs bien équipé. Nous avons avons beaucoup apprécié: - les deux balcons, -la superbe vue sur la plage et le port, - la proximité de tout les commerces, restaurants, embarcadÚre pour les excursions en bateau, etc... Les seuls inconvénients (en haute saison) liés à cette situation sont le bruit jusque tard la nuit et l'absence de place de parking gratuit à proximité.

Beautiful property and cozy stay

Beautiful and well described vacation home (apartment) overlooking Rapallo. There are a handful of steps to walk up, but once you are there it is absolutely amazing view. Rooms are a little small, but you likely won’t spend much time in them. Would definitely stay again. Just watch out for parking restrictions on certain days of the week (you could be towed like us).

Third Time Staying in Blu Rapallo

My husband and I have stayed in Blu Rapallo on three separate trips to the region and each time has been wonderful. The arrangements with the property manager were prompt, friendly and seamless each time. The apartment is lovely. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable, perfect for however long your stay is in Rapallo. The balcony off the kitchen faces the Ligurian sea and boardwalk where you can enjoy your coffee and wine looking at beautiful sunrises and sunsets and entertaining life on the boardwalk. The windows in the apartment are large and allow for plenty of sunshine and fresh air from the sea but also provide quiet at night, which is a plus if you're staying in this area. The apartment is close to everything: you can walk with luggage from the train station to the apartment in less then 10 minutes, it is conveniently located to restaurants, cafes, shopping and the boardwalk in the most charming older part of town. In short, we absolutely love staying in Blu Rapallo and look forward to doing so again when we come back to Rapallo.

Wonderful stay in Rapallo

This is a wonderful property with a perfect location. The host, Chiara was fabulous and very accommodating. The apartment is really clean, bright and modern with great internet access. The location is superb for walking about Rapallo. Do consider that the access to the apartment requires going up some steps, however we got used to it and it should not keep you from staying in this wonderful property. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Stay at Blu Rapallo

My husband and I love Rapallo and this is the second time we stayed at Blu Rapallo. The first time was in 20217. The experience was the same - fantastic. The apartment is perfectly situated for enjoying Rapallo and Liguria in general. Communications with the apartment managers was prompt and easy. They were very helpful at all times. Like the first time we stayed, the apartment was very clean (spotless) and comfortable. The bedding was fresh and clean. We would definitely stay at Blu Rapallo again. I recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the charming heart of beautiful Rapallo.

Perfect Rapallo Getaway

Chiara was an amazing host and very helpful. She waited for us upon arrival and we ran late due to traffic accidents on the way. Location was amazing and right by the ocean with an incredible view (as advertised). The area is lively and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Less than 10 minutes from train station to Cinque Terre and Santa Margarita (bus or train) and Portofino (don't miss going there!) and catching the views from the marina or from up on the hill.

In the heart of Rapallo

You can’t get any closer to the middle of things than this apartment. Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 night stay here in early June. We enjoyed listening to diners in the cafes and restaurants below. The space was big enough for our family of 4, with two kids under 10. The stairs up to the apartment are steep but the worst part was carrying luggage up and down, otherwise not bad coming and going. We really enjoyed the balconies and the view. Having a few more dishes (small bowls and small plates) to use and towels to clean up in the kitchen with would be my only suggestion.

Lovely, clean and modern apartment in centre of Rapallo

We have had a fantastic holiday in the Tigullio gulf and stayed in this great apartment in Rapallo. We were a family of four and the apartment is spacious and has ample sleeping room. It is very modern and elegant, it has good selection of kitchen utensils which makes it very easy and comfortable for a family with small children eating in on most evenings. It has a fantastic balcony overlooking the seafront promenade and you feel you can be part of the city life in evenings, yet the apartment is also quiet because it is on the 3rd floor. Chiara was very helpful to organise a garage for us to park our car and we had keys for access at any time; very convenient when you don't want to look around for hours for street parking. Internet also works great on the Wi-Fi. Our only issue was getting the air condition to work. However, the fan-mode worked so we managed anyhow. Everything else works as expected in the apartment, so it is probably just the AC needing maintenance. Deposit was also returned promptly in the following week. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Der perfekte Aufenthalt mitten im prallen Geschehen

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und hell eingerichtet und im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage Gold wert. Drumherum finden sich alle Bars, Cafes und Restaurants, die man sich in einem Italienurlaub wĂŒnscht und so spielt sich unter dem Balkon mit Superblick das pralle italienische Leben ab.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene und gepflegte Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung, superzentral und sehr gepflegt. Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur EigentĂŒmerin (italienisch oder englisch). Parken kann man auf dem NĂ€he gelegenen Stadtparkplatz fĂŒr EUR 13 pro Tag oder man muss etwas suchen u kann dann kostenlos auf der Strasse parken. Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (hohe RĂ€ume!), aber ein bisschen Sport schadet nicht. Im schlimmsten Fall ist ein Treppenlift installiert. Alles in allem, sehr toll.

Spacious apartment in central location with nice sea side view

The spacious and modern apartment has been recently renovated. Kitchen, dining room and living room make up an open space with a large balcony to the sea side front with a wonderful view. The living room can be separated by sliding doors and used as a bedroom (using the sofa bed). In the back part of the apartment is the main bedroom, a second smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and the bathroom. Be aware that the staircase to the apartment is quite steep. Moreover it was under construction during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer and a full-fledged stove. When it comes to tableware and the like, the kitchen could need a bit more of equipment. It still seems to be in a building up process. We received several new things like bowls and cutlery during our stay. And it's really worth cooking for yourself there because there are so many shops nearby selling fruits, vegetables, ham, cheese, home made pasta and other delicious things. In general when it comes to the equipment, the apartment was well-appointed in some aspects (there was salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, cleansing material and the like) but there could be a bit more of several other things (e.g. more towels, sufficient toilet paper). The apartment is located in a very central part of the city: the boardwalk is on the front side and a pedestrian area with restaurants and bars on the back side. You can reach everything (bus stop, beach, train station etc.) within a few minutes of walking. Admittedly parking nearby is difficult. Because of the central location the apartment is not the most quiet place; but we had no problems to sleep at night. The only thing which was really annoying, were the "open air concerts" of some third-class crooners every two or three days nearby (lasting past midnight). In general it's a quite pleasing apartment which we can recommend.

wow, just wow

This place is perfect. You could not find a better place in Rapallo. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, overlooking the beach, in the medieval part of town. 2 terraces, one front looking over water and one at the back looking over the carless street. The place has been recently refurbished, very well too. It is very safe and secure. Modern appliances and a terrific bathroom

Smitten by rapallo

Beautiful large clean apartment, centrally located with excellent transport links ( you won't need a car). We had a fantastic holiday. However I would totally reiterate all the other reviews in that it was very very hot and with no air con or fans it was difficult. You can't leave the windows open as it is noisy and mosquitoes come in so the heat was unbearable. I know it was August and a holiday weekend in Italy so this is not the fault of apartment owners but please be aware it is very lively at night! This did not bother us as we were 4 adults and we will return to this amazing place but probably not in the middle of August. Also, as already mentioned perhaps more equipment in the kitchen. There is no bread knife and plastic glasses for wine/prosecco. This is still a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it but the whole point of reviews is to give a true picture.

Bright and Airy Seafront Apartment

Overall the apartment was just what we required. Bright and airy and fantastically located. Check in was straightforward, with no complaints about us being 2 hours delayed. The apartment is accessed via two flights of steep stairs which would be an issue for the less mobile or if you had young children and a lot of stuff to carry, and at night the apartment was too hot to sleep at times so would benefit from a couple of fans, but all in all, a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Blu and Sea View Too!

BluRapallo is a lovely apartment located just a short walk from the train station and right in the center of Rapallo. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The furnishings very comfortable. The location allowed us to easily walk along the shore of Rapallo. Easy access to the beach. We spent some of our time walking from Rapallo to Santa Margherita and to Portofino. Great walk and we enjoyed it immensely, stopping to swim along the way. At night we enjoyed the night life in Rapallo where there is plenty to do. Chiara, she and her husband are the managers, was very hospitable and helpful. She was prompt with arrival for check in and check out. The only thing I might suggest is that she have a list for tenants and the list contain where to put the garbage and recycling. The owner, Mr. Ballarini was very prompt with returning emails and answering questions. I would have given this property 5 stars except I felt that the 300 euro refundable deposit was very high. I have stayed at many VRBO/HomeAway places before and the most the refundable deposit was was 150 euro. The time it takes for the refund to be deposited back into one’s account is probably not the owner’s fault, but with a deposit that large it makes one nervous that they are not going to get it back. Other than the size of the refundable deposit, I would recommend this apartment heartily.
