This fabulous home will be the perfect spot to make your Black Hills Vacation complete! Located on the south end of Rapid City, close to restaurants, golf courses and a nice, scenic drive to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park and Crazy Horse!
The home features a spacious open floor plan on the main level with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, office and yoga room as well as walk-outs to the beautiful outdoor spaces. The kitchen area is perfect for making group meals featuring a double oven, toaster oven and with a large kitchen island and a double-sized refrigerator you won't run out of room! The living area has plenty of seating 2 large over-stuffed couches and chairs and features a stunning floor to ceiling rock gas-fireplace and flat screen TV. There is a separate dining room for group meals that seats 6 people and the kitchen island has seating for 4. Other fun spaces include the yoga room and home office space.
The lower level has everything you need to relax, restore and have fun! Sit and watch your favorite movie in the theatre room, relax in the dry sauna, use the weights in the weight room, or enjoy a game of poker with your crew!
The outside areas will be a favorite spot for everyone in your group! Play hoops in the driveway, sit on the back covered patio or around the fire table and enjoy your morning coffee or cool Black Hills evenings. This home is truly a serene getaway and has something for everyone!
