Only downfall is that the in room heating system was incredibly loud. So loud that it kept us awake, even with earplugs. Everything elese about the stay was perfect! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent amenities, etc.

Staff are very friendly. Comfortable bedding with good pillows. Breakfast was substantial with a great selection. I didn’t need to wash clothes, but they sell soap and dryer sheets in the lobby for the W/D. They also have snacks and drinks for purchase. Easy access from airport and as a gateway to the Black Hills. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance. But you will need a car to go to downtown Rapid. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it for visiting family. I live in Rapid City.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean and just lovely. The staff was so friendly and kind. I e were able to sit in the lobby and enjoy the view and sip coffee in the afternoon! Breakfast was great!

Nice spacious rooms loved the space and having the outside door to car was very convenient. Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again or make it our new place to stay.

When we checked in, the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful at all. He told us to use the door and the complete opposite side of the building of where our room actually was. He said breakfast went until 11. We went to breakfast a little before 10 and there was nothing left. Our shower had no conditioner in it. The smoke alarms have bright lights that flash almost like strobe lights. Other than the smoke alarm lights, it’s a really nice hotel but not very well run.

Breakfast menu was varied, hearty, and delicious. Clean room, attentive and friendly staff. Room was clean. Green flashing lights on the smoke detectors on ceiling blinked every 6 seconds, affecting sleep.
