Fix the parking situation urgently. Add a parking garage. Actually enforce the vehicles in the lot without a parking guest pass. Dont hold so many weird other events in the hotel, you cant accomidate parking for PAYING guests. The staff was short and clearly having a rough day. Clearly had been battered over parking their entire shift, by the attitude. Could see spots on the bathroom counter, sink, faucet. Made me question everythings cleanliness.

Ok but corners needed cleaned

It was pleasant. I did notice when I looked up at the vent in the bathroom that it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was pretty gross.

I did not like the unexpected $100 surcharge at checkin for "extra charges" I might add to my room, even though it was removed at checkout. It was also an unpleasant surprise to have the water shut off for 6 hours on Saturday due to remodeling work.
