I want to say the staff did a great job, even though the hotel company booked a girls softball league group, I am sure at a discounted price for the group. The girls were disruptive, loud, messy to the commons area late into the night. The staff asked the parents to address the complaints of the other hotel occupants. Parents did not nor did they care nor did they do anything. I would advise don’t book that team again.
