While we were checking in a guy came up and said they gave him a room that had someone in it. Next morning they did the same thing to us. Got woke up by someone trying to come in the room. Then desk called me to come up there because they couldn’t find my reservation. Took them few minutes to find that somehow it had been canceled after I checked in. Went to go back to room and they had deactivated my card. Needless to say I will not ever stay there again. I don’t recommend it unless you want someone to try to get into your room.

When we were checking in a guy came back and said they gave him a room that already had someone in it. The next morning we had someone trying to get into our room because they checked someone into our room. Didn’t appreciate someone trying to come into our room. They called to ask the name for our reservation. Then had to go down to desk because they needed me to come down. Their system canceled my reservation then had to go back down because they deactivated my key card. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They have no clue what they are doing!

I think My Place should remove the carpets and put in all plank board flooring. I would also like there to be a lamp and a bigger table/work space. I stayed at a new My Place the night before, and you did put a bigger table in that one, but still no lamp ...the overhead light is fine, but I like lamps better. Staff here was great, some noise in the room next to me, so maybe bring your earplugs? Otherwise, it was quiet and nice location. Thanks

We had to move to a different room due to the air conditioner not functioning. We were lucky they held back a room! No breakfast but the front staff let us know different options close by.

When we checked in we informed the attendant at the Front Desk that we would be checking out at 4a the following day. The attendant said that there would be someone at the Front Desk to receive our room keys. Unfortunately, there was no one at the Front Desk at 4a the following day and despite calling the Front Desk, no one showed up to receive our keys. So, we left the room keys on the counter of the Front Desk.
