"My plane was delayed so I didn’t get in till the next morning. When I arrived around 9:30AM I was told the front desk doesn’t open till 10am. When I arrived at 10am they looked at me and said “you can’t check in till 3pm”. When I told them I should have a room ready for the 3 days (starting last night) there was absolutely no concern to solve the problem. Just a statement of “sorry your reservation was cancelled because YOU were a no show”. I couldn’t leave fast enough to go down the street to the Hampton where I was greeted and checked in with real concern for my situation. Extended Stay, you need to teach your people what good customer service is. Maybe coach your team to be problem solver’s instead of responsibility dodgers!"

"My stay was great. The host was responsive and very helpful. Spacious and clean home. Highlight was the backyard which included a pool, swing set for kids, grill, fire pit. Nice neighborhood. I would high recommend. "

"The house was Beautiful and plenty of room for both of my daughters and myself. The property was maintained fantastically, the host was amazing he was in contact to make sure we got in ok, had everything we needed and contacted me on the last full day to make sure we didn’t have any questions before departure. I will definitely be booking with them again!!!"
