Fantastic location and good hotel. Had everything we needed to escape the bad weather on our hike. Wonderfully friendly and helpfully staff. Minor issues were broken light bulbs and bad smell from the bathroom.

The location can’t be any better: right on the promenade of Ribeira Brava, in the middle of the city Center with all its restaurants, the market, the concert stage, local and touristic shops. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is not new, but has everything one needs. Enjoy!

We had the best stay at the Flag Hotel! The twin room was just the right size for two travelers. Ribeira Brava was a charming part of the island!! It was quiet and everyone was so kind. Above all, the staff at the hotel made our stay phenomenal. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible trip! He booked tours for us, scheduled taxis, and was genuinely excited to hear about our adventure. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The property was very dated and in need of refurbishing,the bathroom definitely needs replacing . However the accommodation was clean . The location was just perfect & we had a sea view room that made up for the quality of the room . Breakfast was very poor and basic .
