This charming village house, in stone and chestnut, completely renovated, not overlooked, has a terrace sheltered by a trellis on which you can eat facing a magnificent forest, a decorative garden and its living room, a deck of 40 m2 surrounding a swimming pool of 4.5 x 4.5 m. The location is exceptional for visiting the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Lerici and all the treasures that this unique region holds. You are in the heart of 150 kilometres of trails to be covered by mountain bike or on foot, including to the Cinque Terre.
The accommodation
This stone house has been completely renovated.
It is located in an ideal location, surrounded by nature and silence, as there are no cars in this village. You will therefore spend days and nights of great tranquillity, especially when you return from the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Lerici or Levanto. You will prepare a barbecue that you can eat by the pool or under the trellis, unless you prefer to stay in the garden, under the peach tree. These three outdoor spaces are distinct and provide great comfort for the occupants who will always have a place to isolate themselves.
The house itself is full of charm and renovated with the aim of preserving its rusticity while offering it all the comfort possible. The listed village also reserves its share of charm, like all those in this still very authentic region.
Traveller access
You can park about fifty metres from the house, which you will access by an alley dating from the time of the Knights Templar...
Other remarks
Camedone is 10 kilometres from La Spezia train station, which serves the Cinque Terre. I strongly advise you to get there by train. You will benefit from two atmospheres, sea and countryside, that Liguria offers.
