I thought since this place was newer it would be better. The room was filthy, there was hair all over the blankets, sheets, and pillows in the bed. The floor was so filthy and had dead bugs. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I just needed a place to stay and I couldn’t get a refund.

The room was clean except for the hair on the inside of the sheets. No do not disturb sign to hang, but the staff came around knocking on doors hours before checkout. The walls are so thin that you can't tell if it's your door or not. I get a hotel room to sleep in and didn't appreciate being woken up. They have 'free wifi'. No password, just connect, but zero service. It said it had full service, but there wasn't enough speed to even load email or a map. The full size fridge and sink is nice, but there were no hand towels for it or the bathroom, just 2 washcloths and 2 towels. Check-in was easy, but they weren't helpful. Didn't even tell us where the elevator or our room was, much less an ice machine, check out time, etc. It was fine for the price and just to sleep, but i wouldn't stay again.

Everything was great except the outlets. I couldn’t get my styling products to plug into them. Luckily I had a long extension cord and used the plug on the light. I tried everything.

when we was getting on the elevator a lady came out of the elevator and the dog had Pead in the elevator. The floor in the room was filthy and sticky dog hair on the floor and the couch.

I don’t ever leave reviews and really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt from seeing all the reviews. This place was icky. It smells horrible. Like stale weed and sewer. The staff was super rude and unhelpful. Beds were awful. Not cozy in the slightest. Couldn’t wait to get out of there this morning. That being said… it was cheap and fine for an over night but I would not have wanted to stay any longer.

Easy to parking. Very clean and comfortable. Only one is the address is not correct. I was looking for about half hours.Hotel.com has wrong address. I think the hotel is newly constructed.

Worst ever, never again. Front desk was rude. My husband check in for a 3 day stay. I flew in early the next morning, (red eye) so no sleep. Just finally got settled and fell asleep when there was a knock on the door. Asking if we were checking out. I said our reservation was for 3 days. Then 10 mins later another person asking again, then the phone ring insisting we only have one night. So I had togdt dress and go down to the front desk to show my reservation. After giving them my information 3 times there said it was fine. I asked for the invoice. They had charged us for the 3 nights. And it was more than what was on hotel.com. When we asked for more towels(there were only 2). We were told we had to take our dirty towels to the front desk for exchange. Then when checked out. They charged us $12 plus tax in extra linen fees. They only clean the rooms 1 time every other week!

Easy free parking, staff didn't bug us, laundry room was clean and great. Very new hotel feels more like an apartment building. Everybody mind their business. I would stay here again anytime.
