This roomy, open concept 3 bedroom/2 bath house has lots of seating with a large sofa, dining table, and great outdoor living space. You are just a short walk to downtown Rockaway shops/restaurants and miles of beautiful beach.



Bonus - if you are an NFL fan stay through Sunday and watch all your favorite games on large screen TVs with the provided NFL Sunday Ticket.



A fish cleaning station and crab cooker are available in the back yard for fishermen and crabbers as well as ample parking for a boat without having to unhook.



The covered back deck with table/chairs and BBQ provides the perfect place to hang out and BBQ, even if there is some costal mist. On those beautiful coast sunny days the morning sun is perfect for sipping coffee on the front porch.



A major bonus is the game room with a shelf of board games, large game table for chess/checkers, dart board, and large TV. Gather around to play games or just settle down in the overstuffed chair to watch TV or read a book.



The kitchen is well appointed, has modern appliances, a large pantry, and a second refrigerator in the game room if needed.



Sleeping accommodation includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a large master bedroom with king bed and desk. All rooms have TVs with YouTubeTV. Of course wifi is available throughout the house.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this property at Rockaway Beach. The house is very clean, well equipped, and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. It is only a 10 min walk to the train station and beach access, allowing us to make the best of our stay in this charming town. Highly recommended! Thanks!

This was one of the nicest, most comfortable places we've stayed in our many vacations along the OR coast. We're a family of large humans (three of us over 6 ft tall and not skinny by any stretch of the imagination), and there was plenty of room for all of us, including our kitty!The living room was a super relaxing space to watch movies together as a family, and the kitchen was spacious and well-appointed. The bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the tall showerheads. It was also great being a short walk from the beach and Rockaway's main drag.The hosts were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the design. Everything feels modern and fresh. We didn't even get to use the game room to its full potential, which just means we'll have to come back!You can see that even out kitty took time to relax! And the hosts brought her a cat cave to play with! We'll definitely look to stay here again.

This house way surpassed our expectations! It was clean, well stocked, great location, and the hosts were very attentive and friendly! We had kids, teens, adults, and dogsand it accommodated everyone’s needs. The listing just does not do it justice. We highly recommend!
