This three level home is located in the heart of the action right in the middle of Rockaway Beach's famous 7 miles of sandy paradise and within short walking distance to all amenities.

The property has two bedroom (plus third sleeping area - den), 2.5 bathroom, private parking garage, two west facing sundecks & a ground level patio as well as a great room on the top floor that boasts a vaulted ceiling with full gourmet kitchen, dining room and a living room with gas fireplace and entertainment system.

Other features include washer and dryer, built in vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board and complimentary internet.

This beautiful beach front townhouse is located in the funky seaside community of Rockaway Beach, Oregon. Boasting three levels, the top two with decks and the ground level with a patio, all with direct views of the famous Twin Rocks, just to the south.

The entire property was furnished from top to bottom just a few years ago with such features as stainless steel appliances, barbecue, sleeping for up to 8 people and beautiful cape cod style furniture throughout.

The community of Rockaway Beach is ideally located right in the heart of the Oregon Coast with easy access to Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Manzanita, Wheeler, Garibaldi, Tillamook and Portland.

The beach itself is the longest in all the Oregon Coast, seven miles of powdery sand and the Seascape property is literally right in the heart of not only the beach, but the community of Rockaway Beach within close walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and pubs.

This property is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a weekend get away, holiday vacation or even long term (monthly) vacation rentals.

Due to HOA insurance rules barbecues are not permitted within 10 feet of the building. No barbecue is included with this rental.

Location was amazing! Beautiful view from the decks of the ocean if you didn’t want to walk the little ways to actually put your feet in the sand. Very pet friendly as well. Doug and Andrea were responsive when needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely be staying there again. What a great setup. The beach is steps away from the patio door. We loved having 3 levels in the condo. Having the living/kitchen area on separate floors from the bedrooms was nice. Each Bedroom also has it's own bathroom, plus you get a 3rd bathroom on the main living/dining floor. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Fantastic location and beach home

This home was perfect for our family Memorial Day weekend getaway. The kids had a blast and the home was well stocked with all the necessities and beach items in the garage.

Great beach unit

Great property, great location with easy access to the beach. The unit is fully furnished with high quality items, we only ran out of Kleenex and couldn’t get the upstairs TV to work. Multi level worked great for a beach property, sandy shoes and toys don’t get tracked over the entire living area. We would stay here again.Too bad that they have another building blocking the sunset views.

Great little escape

Property location was amazing and the property itself was super cute, just as seen in the listing pictures. Super dog and family friendly and is not only right on the beach but also right across the street from a grocery store which we found very convenient. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Gem in Rockaway Beach

Location of property and the view was even better than the online pictures! Townhouse is well-equipped, quiet area and very clean. Close to the centre of Rockaway and good choice of restaurants, coffee and groceries within a short walk. Highly recommend this place.

Great property and location

Our stay was fantastic. Home was in great shape in a fantastic setting. View of the beach and a short walk from the beach. Took as no more than 2 minutes to leave the house and set up on the beach to relax and watch the kids play. I would recommend anyone to look into this property for a vacation rental in Rockaway Beach.

Great view of Kite Festival

View of ocean and beach is off to the side as a building blocks a direct view. The kite festival was a short ways away and we had an excellent view of the kites. Property manager was very responsive to us. Enjoyed the seaside themed decorations. Kitchen worked well.

Clean and comfortable

Steps are steep and there is not much of an ocean view as the home faces another building to the west but the home is convenient to the beach, clean and well-stocked. Lots of stairs. The kitchen is on the third floor, bedrooms on the second, so be prepared for the climb, especially if you cook in. Otherwise, a pleasant home and likely perfect for some. I do like that it is dog-friendly but getting our dogs approved was a bit of a challenge as there is apparently a size limit that I was unaware of. The furniture and beds are comfortable.

Annual Rockaway Trip

We had an amazing stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. The view is great and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean on the patios of each floor. Beach access was steps away. It was also very easy to get in touch with the Property owners and they were very accommodating and understanding. We would definitely book this place again!

Short But Fun Stay

Had a great time at the beach! Doug and Andrea were incredibly responsive to my questions and took care of everything promptly. I will reiterate comments by others that if you have mobility issues this may not be an ideal property for you as there are lots of stairs in the condo and rock stairs to access the beach. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with basic pots and pans, and we had plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses. We're already making plans to come back next year.

We spent 3 nights and had a great stay. The townhouse was well equiped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and premium TV channels. The best part of course were the views and easy access to the beach.

Lovely townhome. When we first arrived smoke detector was beeping because battery was low. Owners promptly responded and we were able to get situation resolved. Rest of the stay was great. Property very convenient for vacation to coast.

Great stay

We loved our family get together in Rockaway. A super convenient and comfortable accommodation. Great location near to the beach with a nice view. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we hoped for to prepare meals for 3 days. Overall a wonderful experience. Caveat is that there are a lot of stairs to provide for the super view, but it would not be a good choice for anyone with limited mobility. Also in the interest of what to expect when considering the total cost when booking there is a requirement for either purchase of liability insurance or a substantial (3K) security hold. And the pet fee was a bit more than we’ve been used to. This is not meant to discourage because we recommend this property overall and would stay again, but just a heads up.
