Called to let them know that I would not make it there until after 1 AM. The person (lady)was extremely rude but said that that was fine and when I got there, she had marked me down as a no-show so I had no room and I am at risk for blood clots so it just wasn’t a good thing at all. I’m very angry and there were no rooms available, including mine that I had paid for. So Room less, tired, and back on the road. I will say the man behind the desk was very kind. He even offered to get a room for me at another hotel out of his own pocket. To which I declined, as it was not his personal obligation to take care of me out of his own pocket.

Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast felt more grab and go than buffet. This location has made investments in the room but you can tell they left mold spots in the bathroom and still had a dirty couch, stains and all!

I arrived at 1:00 in the morning after a very long drive, the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Location was great, a lot of shopping and dining options VERY close. The only dislike I had was that the bathroom lights were on a sensor, so when I stumbled in the first time in the middle of the night, it clicked on and I almost broke a hip trying to hurriedly close the door as to not wake up my child. LOL

Had handicap room, the shower head was loose, if someone other than me had this room the handicapped shower head was not attached to the shower at all see pictures a hazard for anyone using this. Bathroom floor was dirty along with the bathtub
