Every single day we were there, our key cards demagnetized by and we had to have them redone to even get into the building and our room. Then we were moved to a new room, under the bathtub mat in the shower, was FULL of mold and the toilet kept clogging to a point of needing a plunger. The hallways consistently smelled of weed as well. On our check out day- NO ONE was at the desk to check us out almost making us late to catch the plane. We called many times to get ahold of the staff, and come to do so it the person that was passed out in the lobby chair was the front desk staff. This experience was awful and realistically we should be reimbursed at a minimum half our whole stay.

First,we had to check out a day early due to the impending snow storm, something completely out of our control. They refused to negotiate on the non-refundable rate. Second, the elevator was not operating during our entire stay. I would like a partial refund for this significant issue. When I agreed to pay for the room, this issue was not identified. Being unable to easily climb stairs, this was an issue. I was not offered a room on the ground floor.
