Lovely view from room - very clean. Fireplace was electric not a gas fireplace - ie: no flame! Laminate floors would have been preferred to plush carpeting from a sanitary perspective. Ate dinner on 2nd floor the first night of our arrival -place was very bright and clean, but food was subpar unfortunately. Fish seafood chowder was watery- ceasar salad was brown on edges and had been previously refridgerated causing croutons to be soggy/chewy -waitress replaced it but no apology. Buns on table were warm & served with whipped butter which was appreciated :) We unknowingly stayed past closing tiime (9pm) and it was nice of them to allow us to finish our meal. Lovely view of sunsets with rooms facing the water. Exterior of hotel is lovely and freshly painted but interior is a little tired/dated.

The views were amazing, the room was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the staff was fantastic! They were very helpful in assisting us with finding things to do in the area! We attended the Story Teller event in the Pub and had a great time. It was a lovely stay! We will be back!

Fantastic place!

Staff and ammenitues were fantastic! Literally across thw road feom teh ocean, small trail down to the beach. Gazebo with benches. Restaurant upstairs was delicious! (Only had breakfast, but it was top notch!) Within walking diatance to other amenities and activities. I would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Our room was very clean and larger than expected. The staff are amazing and quickly respond to needs that need to be met. The in room dinners arrived hot and delicious. I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Gros Morne. Rocky Harbor is perfect.
