Excellent location next to the bustling Termini yet the hotel felt like a calm oasis. Large comfortable room. Great breakfast. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend and hope to revisit.

While staying at this hotel, a bottle of champagne was included with our room. The front desk said they would bring it to us, but even by 9 p.m., it hadn’t arrived. So I called and mentioned that we’re Expedia VIP customers, and that we were told at check-in that a bottle of champagne was included with our stay. They said they would check again, and only after that did they finally bring it to our room.

The property was luxurious. I was late checking in, so they gave me an upgrade to the Suite. They were more than accommodating on ENEY level. The doorman finding us water, the front desk, bell men, and the host and hostess on the rooftop restaurant, getting us food late night after hours. Will definitely return when back I. Rome.
