Summary:

Cozy Studio apartment located in the "Porta dei Leoni" building. From It's privileged position, it is possible to reach in few minute walk the historical center of Rome and it's also perfectly communicated by bus, train and tram. Moreover, every Sunday you can enjoy one of the most suggestive attractions of Rome: the street market of Portaportese downstairs, literally.



The Space:

The apartment is elegantly decorated with coloured details that contrast with the wooden details. 
It also has all the necessary comforts to spend several days in it, such as a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining area, A/C, underfloor heating, or WIFI to stay connected with relatives and friends or if it is necessary to work.

The studio apartment has a comfortable sofa-bed with a mattress queen size that could be used on request.



It is located on the 3th floor, with a modern elevator. It has a balcony from which you can see on the ground floor of the beautiful interior patio the lobby decorated with lush vegetation and a small waterfall whose soft sound helps to transport the mind to a state of relaxation.

The Neighborhood:

The Studio apartment is located in a privileged position from which you can walk to the center of Trastevere, Testacio and the center of Rome (Piazza Venezia, Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Campo di Fiori,…), in addition, on Sundays you can enjoy one of the most picturesque attractions in Rome: the Porta Portese flea market just down the street from home, literally.

Moreover, it is perfectly linked with different lines of public transportation (bus, railway) and the train station "Trastevere" is only a few 10 minute walk far away, this is very convenient to reach the airport Fiumicino.



Getting Around:

Right in front of the building where the apartment is located, you will find Viale Trastevere. There you can take different bus and tram lines that will connect you with the center and other more distant points of Rome when you need it.

It should also be noted, that just a 10-minute walk away is the Trastevere train station that connects with Fiumicino airport and other points in the region. If you have time, you have no excuses for not taking advantage of and getting to know the surroundings of the city both in winter and in summer (beach and inland areas included).

TRASTEVERE TRAIN STATION: From Fiumicino airport you can get to Aria di Trastevere as well as with a taxi or a private transfer (contact me giving me the flight details, I can help you book it), by train since the Trastevere train station is only 10 minutes walk. The train is the most convenient option if you have little luggage.



PARKING: in the area there are free parking areas. Sundays out to the street market the surrounding area becomes pedestrian zone. Traffic isn't allow form 3am till 6pm. The building has an underground garage. Contact me for more information.
