Dear guest, we regret that your stay wasn't pleasant. when you have informed us about the problem, we have immediately checked your room and we haven't found anything. Moreover we have believed you, so we made an extra disinfestation. We inform you also that in our hotel we do the periodic disinfestations. Precisely to respect the Italian standards, since our hotel is monitored. We would like to remind you also that we have refunded the rest of the sojourn as required, without hesitation.
