Upon arrival we were very happy to discover a clean and bright home with modern appliances. We were 4 adults and 2 young children, there was plenty of room for everyone. A heat wave happened and AC worked well. One minor flaw easily remedied was lack of coffee maker. Pods don’t cut it for a week plus. We bought one at local hardware store and took it with us. Owner was very responsive and family very welcoming. We shared a beach with them and they could not have been nicer! Higgins lake is perfect for children.
