The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, closet, 32" smart HD TV and offers private access to the lanai and pool area through sliding glass doors. The en-suite has a double vanity, hairdryer, toilet and a bath tub and seperate shower.

The large open concept living area has 1 sofa and 2 chairs that seats 5, a 65” smart HD TV , a formal dining area that seats 6 and a breakfast nook that seats 4. You can extend your living space out via the sliding glass doors to the large, screened lanai and pool area; soon to be your favorite room!


Enjoy relaxing and sunbathing on one of 5 lounge chairs next to your 28 x 14 foot sparkling private heated pool and spa while you enjoy the beauty of the private back fenced yard. Also located on the lanai are a BBQ grill and a dining set with seating for 6, there is NO TV. A great area to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day at the beach, boating, or a nearby golf course.


Have your breakfast and morning coffee from the Keurig or filtered coffee machine on the lanai as you plan your day! The kitchen opens to the living area and features solid counter tops with a breakfast bar and 3 stools, ample cabinets and pantry, dishwasher, microwave, range, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. making this the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 4 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 7 miles’ drive away.


The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.


For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
