We loved the pool. The villa is a well equipped modern villa less than 15 minutes drive to the best beaches in the area. We saw dolphins and manatee where we were at gasparilla island. We will definitely book this villa again. Fantastic.

We loved this place, pool area is the best. We were there right after hurricane and all public beaches were closed but we had a great time by the pool and house was very clean. Would come again.

Beautiful Home

Everything was perfect from booking to check out. The house is absolutely beautiful with a beautiful pool area. The neighbourhood is peaceful and well looked after. The management team were excellent, in particular, Seraina who was so helpful and available to answer questions. I will definitely stay at this house again if available.

Amazing house & pool

We had a great time staying here for our week long vacation. The air went out the first night we were there but she quickly got it fixed for us. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing my kids loved every minute we were there. We defintely will be back.

LOVE THE POOL!

This was a wonderful property for our family vacation. The convivence of having a pool on property was wonderful! The accommodations were great, only thing missing was a umbrellas for the pool deck, pictured in the online listing. When asked we were told no, but there was a beach umbrella available, doesn't work at the pool!! Pool is sunny ALL day, so I was looking forward to reading poolside in the shade.

Great vacation home!

This house was everything described in the listing plus so much more. The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood that the home is in is quite. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Property was beautiful and pool was extremely nice for kids. Location is OK, have to drive 15 or so minutes for decent restaurants but not too bad. The nearest beaches are extremely nice and some of the nicest I have seen in Florida.

Paradise!

House was amazing. Pictures didn’t do hot tub/pool area justice. Was like a mini Vegas pool set up. Seraina was awesome to deal with. The ac went out one night and she literally had someone there in 90 minutes to fix it. It didn’t affect anything at all. We were heading out to lunch anyways. We got back. It was fixed. Her communication during our trip with any questions we had were as good as the house and set up. Both outstanding! When you arrive it comes with manual that literally covers everything. If 6 stars out of 5 was a rating we would be putting that. 15 minutes away from englewood beach with plenty of parking. Beach is gorgeous. Beach is in middle of awesome area with tiki bars and cool restaurants. Had the little one with us otherwise we would have bar hopped. Farlows on the water is awesome to eat at. And super COVID smart. Super family friendly. Impressed with the practice of covid at farlows . Made us feel at ease. We went to book the house again for spring break half way thru our trip and it was already booked. If you book with this house or with Seraina You will not be disappointed in either! Sharkys in Venice is another must see for restaurants with in 15-35 mins away.
