Great easy check in. Staff at desk were friendly and accomodating. Proximity to Eat Streat was excellent- all within walking distance. Plenty of free parking.

Definitely 3 star. Room small and beds on rollers so when you leant against the wall, the bed moved. Pillow sham was dirty and duvet cover had a slash in it. Otherwise room good. Bathroom clean .

The breakfast food board had run out with no food brought out very quickly and toast started to smoke so that was out of order.

Check in was late and we had to wait over an hour but we were compensated appropriately. Reception were lovely and it wasn't their fault at all. Close to the Lakefront and Eat Streat - everything in town is walking distance. You get access to the pools and gym at Novotel. The pools are heated and very nice. Buffet breakfast was good - hot foods and cereals. Coffee machine was terrible though, selected "mocha" and it came out like a black coffee with a bit of froth.
