Need to include eggs, bacon and sausages as part of the breakfast buffet. This will be the only reason I would return. Need to ensure beds are made for each night of stay. It does not take long to set the bed.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed to head to Hobbiton, and the helped recommend we see Te Puia and experience the Polynesia Spa. Good location, town itself doesn’t have much, so wouldn’t expect any more.

The property was easily situated in the road in to the CBD and easily walkable to main shops and restaurants. Around a 20 minute walk to Eat Street and less to the Polynesian spa. We had a large room, with amenities. Breakfast was suitable with continental options. Great for a Nespresso pod machine in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great stay. Parking filled up but we didn’t have issues finding a space.

Property was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Very convenient to the main centre. Had dinner and drinks one night, good selection of beverages only downside was that the burger and chips we go were pretty average, lacked a bit of flavour. Will definitely stay here again.

Ok but not great

Disappointed on arrival, very run down, wouldn’t want to go in the pool or hot tub… The person who was possibly the manager who was on reception was not particularly friendly, answered the phone in the middle of checking us in and made us wait. Breakfast was ok but not great, overall the place could do with an upgrade.

The service at this hotel was incredible. I made a huge mistake with my booking (wrong dates) that Expedia refused to help me with, but the staff here were incredibly helpful, especially the manager. They corrected my error, including upgrading my room (since I was already there), providing excellent service that went above and beyond. They know how to run a business and are actually customer focused!
