Please note there is a full-time tenancy in a one-bedroom cottage located on the property. The cottage has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking, and your privacy will not be affected. Additionally, there is a self-contained studio unit located beneath the cottage, with its own private entrance and parking area at the rear of the main house which may be occupied at times.

Please note that using multiple high-powered appliances or charging numerous devices from the same power outlet or area of the property may occasionally cause the circuit breaker to trip. To help avoid this, we kindly ask guests to spread appliances and charging devices evenly throughout the property and use different power outlets where possible.
